Professionally designed Canva template for poetry book interiors - formatted and ready to publish on Amazon KDP
While writing poetry has never been my thing, (although I did actually win a high school county wide poetry writing contest due to a misspelled word that my AP English teacher mis-read for a stroke of genius) - I do know that lots of folks in our extended Tiny book community are in fact, hoping to publish their poetry on Amazon this Summer.
And while it’s 100% safe to say, that notwithstanding my poetry prize from the late 19th century (which at this point, is how far back in the rear view mirror my lazy, hazy high school daze seem to announce themselves) - I am completely absent any poetry writing advice to offer anyone who stumbles into my artistic orbit.
I can, however - give you a professionally designed Canva template that’s ready to publish on Amazon though - which is sort of kinda the point of this post. Simply copy the link (below) to the template - open it up in Canva - (which is free) - and make any edits, duplicate pages, add your own everything…..upload to Amazon and you are a published poet!
This template is for physical books - (not ebooks) - and is super minimal, with carefully curated fonts and typography, and has great additional pages for author bios, introductions, and some other artistic acoutrements that will beautify your books. (note to self - google how to spell accoutrements as clearly after 8 tries, you still haven’t gotten it right)
